Enquiry information
Privacy.
How your enquiry information is collected, used and retained.
What we collect
Forms collect your name, business email, organization and brief. We also store the submission time and a reference number. A temporary hash of your connection IP helps limit repeated submissions; the enquiry handler does not store the raw IP address.
How we use it
Florian Bansac uses your information to review the brief, contact you and discuss a service or sourcing engagement. Enquiries may be emailed to the business inbox. Buyer or supplier details are shared with another party only after disclosure is agreed.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry files are eligible for deletion after 90 days. Cleanup runs when another enquiry is submitted, so files may remain longer if no further submissions arrive. Email copies require separate deletion; engaged work may have its own agreed retention terms.
To request access, correction or deletion, contact Florian Bansac on LinkedIn.
Paid evaluation data
Paid model tests may require sample prompts, documents or a search corpus. We agree the test scope and selected hosted providers before processing this data. Remove confidential or personal information before sharing, and do not send API keys. Any use of customer examples in public samples requires separate permission.
Cookies and external services
A session cookie supports the private preview and protects forms. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser information to limit automated submissions. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Moltgate, LinkedIn and other external sites have their own policies. The hosting provider may maintain access logs.
What to leave out
Do not submit passwords, API keys, personal datasets or confidential contracts. Document sharing can be agreed after the first review.
